Fox Guest Defends DNC’s ‘Silly’ Land Acknowledgements: ‘Not as Destructive’ As What RFK Jr. Is Saying

Jonathan Kott , former communications director for Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV), joined Fox News on Friday to push back against attacks on the Democratic National Convention over its summer meeting’s land acknowledgement, saying it “wasn’t as destructive as [ Robert F. Kennedy Jr. ] going out there and saying gun violence is because of vaccines.”

The DNC’s annual meeting began in Minneapolis on Monday with a statement from Lindy Sowmick , a self-described Indigenous queer woman, saying the Dakota people were the “original stewards” of the Minnesota city.
