MARION — The Williamson County Board of Commissioners on Friday approved a $214,623 transfer to cover the sheriff’s radio room expenses. The board also debated the cost of leasing a new vehicle for the coroner’s office.
The meeting began with a discussion of reimbursing the sheriff’s budget for console repairs in the telecommunicator's office. Board Chairman Tim Atkisson reminded commissioners that the sheriff had paid for the equipment out of his own budget earlier this year.
