COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - There is a a heavy police presence at an apartment building in Columbus.

Officers are at Virginia Arms apartments in the 1700 block. According to Columbus Police Department, there was a shooting.

Police tape can be seen in front of the apartment building.
