TYLER, Texas (KETK)-- An East Texas man was arrested on Thursday for stealing more than $21,000 of merchandise after making multiple Walmart pickup orders across Tyler with stolen credit cards.
According to the Tyler Police Department, on Wednesday, police responded to the Walmart on 3820 Highway 64 West, where a man was picking up a large beverage order that was purchased with stolen credit cards.
Following an investigation, the suspect, who was identified as 43-year-old Israel Arroyo of Tyler, had reportedly made multiple online pickup orders at different Walmart's across Tyler using stolen credit cards. On Thursday, investigators recovered over $5,100 in stolen beverages from Arroyo's home.
