"We often see parents come here, buy a pair of shoes and then sometimes we see them come back and are like, ‘I bought these about a month ago and they don’t fit anymore’ and they donate them," said Emerald Gottwald, Goodwill’s senior director of retail stores.

Gottwald said over the past couple of years they’ve seen an increase in back-to-school shoppers.
