A West Nashville office building that for years housed then-Nashville-based architecture firm Street Dixon Rick has sold for about $4.05 million, with the new owner associated with local professional services firm Crosslin.

Located at 107 Kenner Ave. and sitting on 0.43 acres near Belle Meade in the Woodlawn neighborhood, the two-story structure offers no tenant.
The seller was a partnership including Jim Jacobs, managing partner of SilverPine Investments, and Chapman Capital. The sellers paid $2.06 million for the property in 2017 (read here ).
