BLUEFIELD, WV (WVNS) -- A bench warrant list was released by the Bluefield West Virginia Police Department on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

The Bluefield City Municipal Court issued the bench and arrest warrants, but it is not the full warrant list. Those who are on the list could be wanted for reasons that include obstructing an officer, DUI, assault, destruction of property, prostitution, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, or other reasons, not only traffic tickets.

According to a post made on the Bluefield West Virginia Police Department’s Facebook page, the people on the list can go to the Bluefield City Police Department and turn themselves in. When someone on the list turns themselves in, they will be processed through the jail and given a bond amount.
