HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. —

Thousands of visitors are expected to pack into Hendersonville's Main Street throughout Labor Day weekend as the 79th North Carolina Apple Festival kicks off.

The festival kicked off Friday morning in downtown Hendersonville. This year, 14 apple orchards are represented and are the first since Hurricane Helene passed through last September. Latest Forecast
