LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - An undocumented woman was taken to a hospital after falling from a creek Tuesday night, U.S. Border Patrol Laredo Sector officials said.

The incident occurred at Zebra Creek, where agents say they were working on an assignment when they discovered the woman. Authorities confirmed she was in the country illegally.

Officials have not released details on her condition or whether she will face any charges.
