The Waquoit Congregational Church will host a special evening with singer-songwriter Meaghan Farrell on Saturday, September 6, at 7 PM in the church sanctuary. The concert is free and open to all. Attendees are invited to bring donations of new hats and gloves to support unhoused neighbors as cooler weather approaches.

Raised by parents active in community theater, Farrell transformed a personal journey through addiction, recovery and mental health challenges into a catalog of songs marked by candor and compassion. A Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, native, she was “born into music,” making her stage debut at age 10 and later studying drama at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.
