Second line in Lower Ninth Ward commemorates Katrina 20 years later

Twenty years after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans residents held a second line to mark the somber moment in the city's history.

A celebration is following the event at Hunter's Field, where the community is gathering to honor the resilience and recovery efforts over the past two decades.
