RUTLAND, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) - Vermont State Police said Friday that one man was moved to a different prison after two incidents of inappropriate behavior in the presence of female staff.

Jamir Fitzgerald, 23, was being held at the Marble Valley Correctional Center on unrelated charges. According to police investigators, he intentionally acted in a lewd and lascivious manner in front of a female prison guard and a female member of the prison's health staff. The two incidents reportedly occurred separately earlier this month.

Fitzgerald has been transferred to a prison in Newport and will appear in court for the two new charges in September.
