Looking ahead to the holiday weekend, Saturday and Sunday are shaping up to be quite pleasant.

We're forecasting mainly sunny skies with a few clouds popping up on Saturday, reaching a high near 76. Sunday will be a mix of sunshine and clouds, and while there's a slight chance of a passing rain shower, highs will be near 77.

As we head into Monday, our Labor Day, we're expecting partly cloudy conditions in the morning, but be advised, there's a 60% chance for scattered thunderstorms to develop in the afternoon. Highs will be around 76. Then, as we move into Tuesday, we're tracking a shift in the pattern. We could see some rain showers, especially early, giving way to some sunshine later, with temperatures dropping significantly to a high near 60 degrees.
