A pair of 42-yard Johnny Louise field goals, one in the third quarter and one in the fourth, led Montini to a 20-16 win over Lumen Christi on Friday in the season opener for defending state champions from Michigan and Illinois.

Montini took a 14-0 lead with a pair of first-half touchdowns before Sean Walicki got the Titans on the board with a touchdown reception and Benn Gaston added a one-yard run to tie it at 14-14 with 6:51 left in the third.
