LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Two people are in the hospital after a Lexington crash.
The Lexington police department says officers were dispatched at 10:04 p.m. for a crash at Old Richmond Road and Grimes Mill Road.
Police say it was a head-on crash between two passenger vehicles.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital. One driver has reported injuries that are not life-threatening, while the other has possibly life-threatening injuries.
A collision reconstruction unit was called to the scene to investigate the crash.
Police believe that Old Richmond Road between Grimes Mill Road and McColls Mill Road will be closed for several more hours.
