Toledo’s city council is getting ready to approve an annual General Fund budget for the city of Toledo. Included in the $342,253,342 amount are personal requests from various council members.

They include $125,000 to hire a consultant, $100,000 for a wildlife habitat enhancement, $75,000 to conduct a study, $15,000 for an urban agriculture program, and $7,500 for a Hispanic affairs committee.
