The millennial power couple chat about family, the dangers of social media, falling in love and the real reason Spencer quit their podcast

Spencer Matthews is telling me about his first date with his now-wife Vogue Williams – an eventful night by anyone’s reckoning.

“I’d just won The Jump (the wintersports-themed reality series that the pair met on in 2017), and I had a cowbell, which was the trophy, which I filled with whiskey. I lost my phone and my wallet along the way and I woke up with the cowbell [pressed] on my neck,” he recalls. “I flew home [from Austria] and we went to dinner at Rocca.
