A Birmingham restaurant accused a 'messy' customer of withholding information from their bad review.

The owner of Royal Watan Kashmiri said the diner had spilt their drink all over the floor in a clapback to their 'shocking' service comment.

The owner didn't hold back and added: 'rather than focusing on the staff, you should have been focusing on the mess you made'.

The Pershore Road-based eatery has a 4.6 score out of five stars on Google Reviews.

One customer said: "We came in after reading the great reviews. They are all spot on.
