A Midlands city street is considered to be among the '100 rudest place names' in the UK.
Place names can often bear a lot of importance to locals, being linked to things such as identity and culture.
However sometimes place names can sound odd, attracting smirks and humour along the way.

One such place is Hardon Road , located in the Parkfields area of Wolverhampton .
The street was featured in a book called Rude UK, which comprised other names such as Slack Bottom and Fanny Street.
One resident living along Hardon Road had their own copy of Rude UK and revealed how the former owner of her home had a dancing pole
