HOPKINS COUNTY, Texas — East Texas officials arrested two Chinese nationals accused of exploiting the elderly and disabled.

According to the Hopkins County Sheriff's Office, Chih Hao Chang and Fujie Shi, who were living in Plano, were arrested and charged with exploitation of the elderly and disabled following a search warrant of their home Thursday.

Hopkins County investigators were assisted by the Plano Police Department.

During the search, investigators found many items connecting the men to the exploitation of the victim. They also found suspected ketamine (in between four to 200 grams).
