Residents in Glasgow have been warned to keep their windows and doors closed following a derelict building fire .
Fire crews were called to the building on Benview Street, in Ruchill, shortly after 10pm on Friday, August 29.
Due to the heavy smoke, police have told residents to keep their windows and doors closed, especially in the areas of Murano Street, Bilsland Drive, Benview Street, Lenny Street.
Investigations into the cause of the fire remain ongoing. According to The Mirror , there are no injuries following the blaze.
