Auburn University Campus Safety and Security alerted the community on Friday about reports of students being drugged on and off campus.

The students reported they were involuntarily given a drug that caused loss of feeling in limbs, vomiting, dizziness, and/or loss of memory after drinking alcohol.

Campus Safety and Security offered tips for those who are experiencing symptoms. They advised seeking medical care immediately. A urinalysis can be conducted to determine if a date rape drug was given, so they suggest holding urination until a test can be performed.

Possible victims should inform the medical provider that they may have been drugged and ask for a date rape drug test.
