LOCK HAVEN — The Clinton County district attorney has provided details of the new charges filed Tuesday against the unarmed driver state police wounded following a pursuit that ended on Interstate 80 near Loganton.

The victims in the new 13 counts of recklessly endangering another person are motorists Jordan Lantz is alleged to have passed while he was going at least 100 miles an hour on May 24, District Attorney David Strouse said Friday.

The three counts of driving under the influence reflect the methamphetamine, benzodiazepine and cocaine found in his blood, he said.
