ATLANTA, G.A. (WSYR) -- From a historic loss to Tennessee in '98 to the implications of playing a SEC opponent, the Syracuse season opener is a big one. The Orange takes on a top 25 opponent in the Vols who made it to the CFP last season. They are also competing in a NFL stadium on national television. All of these add up to a big time game for Syracuse, one in which the team has been preparing for all off season.
