Police have charged a Kitchener man in connection to a child pornography investigation.

In April, investigators with the Internet Child Exploitation unit began an investigation into the possession and distribution of child pornography.

On Friday, a 21-year-old Kitchener man was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography and making available child pornography.

Police said their investigation remains ongoing.
