Patti Prince Howie

ABBEVILLE — Patti Prince Howie, 73, of Abbeville, wife of Tom Howie, died Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the Hospice House in Greenwood, SC. She was born in Abbeville, SC to Harold Lawrence Prince, Jr. and the late Marion Boyd Camak Prince. Patti was a beloved community member, a dedicated professional and a cherished friend to many.

Her educational journey began at Abbeville High School, where she graduated in 1970. She held various leadership roles during her high school years, particularly as the captain of the cheerleading squad. Following high school, she attended the University of South Carolina and graduated from the South Carolina Bankers School. Her contributions to her alma mater were honored with her induction into the Abbeville High School Class of 1970 Hall
