One in three people have 'silent killer' health issue but many have no idea
Millions of Brits may be living with a 'silent killer' health condition without realising it. This health issue is often symptomless, although rarely it can cause headaches, chest pain and blurred vision - however, these symptoms are non-specific, and there's only one way to know for sure if you suffer from the condition .
High blood pressure is common, affecting as many as one in three Brits. However, it often doesn't present any warning signs. Those who have it may go on to suffer a number of serious health complications, including heart disease, heart attack and stroke. The only way to know for sure that you have high blood pressure is by having it checked, either at home or by a doctor at your GP surgery.
