Jim Ross was on hand to call the main events at this past Sunday’s AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door pay-per-view from the O2 Arena in London, England.

An “Incredible” Audience

Speaking on his Grilling JR podcast with Conrad Thompson, Ross shared his praise for the UK wrestling fans. He described them as an “incredible” and highly motivating audience to perform for.

“Yeah, they’re incredible. No doubt they’re very much incredible, and it helps motivate everybody, whether you’re on the crew or you’re announcing, you’re wrestling, you’re interviewing, whatever it may be. It seems like everybody invests emotionally in the process, and it all functions. So it’s going to be fun.
