A house in Union that sold for $3.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Union Township area between Aug. 11 and Aug. 24.

During the past two weeks, a total of 21 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $708,843. The average price per square foot was $385.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of August 11 to the week of Aug. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
