McBride Homes has yet to start building homes in one Gray Summit development, but it’s already planning another subdivision nearby, potentially bringing close to 400 home sites to this part of the county.
Franklin County planning officials met with representatives from Chesterfield-based McBride and Cochran Engineering Tuesday about the proposed Grandview Ridge subdivision. According to the agenda for the meeting, the development would include 198 lots built on 47 acres. ×
