CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers have signed wide receiver Hunter Renfrow and placed second-year receiver Jalen Coker on injured reserve with a quad injury, according to a release from the Panthers .
Coker suffered the injury during practice on Thursday. If he begins the season on IR, he will be sidelined for at least the first four weeks of the season.
Renfrow spent his first five NFL seasons with the Las Vegas Raiders before sitting out the entire 2024 campaign while managing ulcerative colitis. The South Carolina native and Clemson product joined the Panthers during the offseason and participated in training camp, appearing in two preseason games.
