MOUNT MORRIS, N.Y. — With the summer cooling down and the first day of school coming soon, it is the perfect time to spend some extra time outdoors with a good book.
To celebrate literacy and the great outdoors, the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) has announced a new literacy program with the New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP).
