Burglary: Eleanor Drive

Officers responded at 8 p.m. on Aug. 11 to an Eleanor Drive home after a resident reported returning home and finding his front door open and his house ransacked.

Several items were missing, including a TV, a streaming device, baseball cards, three watches, athletic shoes, sunglasses, and an electric welder. The estimated value of the stolen item totaled more than $1,300.

Patrol officers turned over the investigation to the department’s detective bureau.

OVI: Lorain Road

A caller at 4:46 p.m. on Aug. 15 reported seeing a possibly intoxicated man exiting the Speedway gas station on Lorain Road.
