Having weapons while under the influence: I-271 North, Harvard, Richmond roads

A patrol officer at the Harvard Road freeway exit noticed a Cadillac stopped at the light around 10:30 p.m. Aug. 23 with no visible rear registration.

Making a traffic stop in the Ahuja Medical Center parking lot, the officer checked a temporary tag lying flat on the rear deck and found it belonged on a Chevrolet and had expired last November.

Checking the Cadillac’s vehicle identification number (VIN), the most recent registration expired in April 2023.

The officer also noted that the driver’s eyes were red and glassy, with an odor of raw marijuana emanating from the car.
