According to the website, the outage started to peak on Saturday afternoon. Outages have been mostly concentrated in the northeast corridor of the U.S. and other parts of the country.

"We are aware of a software issue impacting wireless service for some customers," the company said in a statement to FOX Television Stations. "Our engineers are engaged, and we are working quickly to identify and solve the issue."
