BELL COUNTY, Ky. — Kentucky State Police have arrested escaped Bell County Forestry Camp inmates Billy Potter and Steven Spencer in Anderson County, Kentucky.

Around 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, troopers responded to an alert of a stolen vehicle with Tennessee license plates and initiated a traffic stop. The men were taken into custody without incident.

Potter and Spencer escaped from Bell County Forestry Camp in Kentucky the night of Aug. 25.
