Five Children and Five Dogs Found in Appalling Conditions; Suspect Faces Multiple Felony Charges.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a woman on multiple felony charges, including five counts of child neglect and three counts of aggravated animal cruelty, after an investigation uncovered horrifying conditions at her home.

The case began on August 29, 2025, when deputies responded to a report from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay regarding three severely neglected dogs.
