BRONTE – The Early Lady Horns opened Bronte volleyball tournament action Friday with three more victories, but finished Saturday with a 1-2 record.

On Friday, the Lady Horns won their first three matches over host Bronte, 25-11, 25-12; Cornerstone Christian, 25-14, 25-12; and the Ballinger JV, 25-19, 25-5.

Against Bronte, Aubrie DeVillier led the way with 10 kills followed by Jensyn Rasor with three, Cassidy Frerichs with two and Grey Pruett, Kailyn Gallardo and Ellie Shea with one apiece.

Pruett dished out 10 assists along with three from Frerichs and one from Gallardo.

Gallardo served three aces trailed by Pruett with two, and Rasor, Gabby Benson and Tiffany Phelps with one each
