FONDA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Fonda Fair is bringing together families and friends from all over Montgomery county through Labor Day weekend.

The start of school is just around the corner, but summers not over yet. at the Fonda Fair, many people are celebrating Labor Day weekend with rides, fried foods, and great prizes.

The Fonda Fair began all the way back in 1841, with generations of families coming to enjoy all the sights, sounds, and flavors. For the Falcone family, it is a tradition. Israel Falcone went on to say, "My mom grew up out here in eastern New York, and she was a dairy farmer, and she spent every year at the fair all week long, and so did my wife. So, we're just back here, back to our family roots. Enjoying the Fonda Fair."
