NEW ORLEANS —

New Orleans police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured in the Broadmoor neighborhood.

Officers responded to Fontainebleau Drive shortly before 1:10 a.m. after a report of a shooting. Advertisement

When they arrived, officers found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to a hospital by New Orleans EMS for treatment.

No additional details have been released.
