A 350-mile coastline that can be reached in under two hours from Cambridge has been named among one of the UK’s hottest. This coastline stretches across the Essex coast, including along Harwich to Frinton and Clacton, past Mersea and down towards Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea and beyond. It is all within an easy driving distance of Cambridgeshire .
