UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (WHTM) -- The Nittany Lions took care of business Saturday afternoon as the Wolfpack came to town.
No. 2 Penn State (1-0) hosted Nevada (0-1) for the first time in the history of the two programs.
The Nittany Lions' aerial attack, led by senior quarterback Drew Allar, dominated the game.
By halftime, Penn State led 27-3 and the scoring continued into the second quarter.
Allar completed 22 of 26 passes for 217 yards and a touchdown thrown to Kyron Hudson before backup signal caller Ethan Grunkemeyer made his second-ever collegiate football appearance.
The Ohio-native scampered in for a six-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter. In the air, he completed seven of nine passes for 86 yards.
