A British woman is dead after being repeatedly stabbed in Cambodia due to an apparent ‘love triangle’.
Jessica Cariad Hopkins, 34, was found Friday evening in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district with multiple stab wounds.
Congolese woman Kidikila Nganda Glodie has since been arrested in relation to the crime.
Jessica, originally from Harpenden, Hertfordshire, had been living in a rental property in Phnom Penh before her death.
An FCDO Spokesperson told Metro: ‘We are supporting the family of a British woman who has died in Cambodia and are in contact with the local authorities.’ Jessica’s social media showed she lived in Siem Reap, Cambodia, shortly before her death.
