German leisure carrier, Discover Airlines , appears to be withdrawing from its seasonal services to the Great State of Alaska from Summer 2026. Data from Cirium , an online aviation analytics company, identifies that the carrier has not scheduled its seasonal service between Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) and Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Currently, the carrier operates head-to-head with direct services offered by another German airline, Condor.

Looking at the carrier's website, the final scheduled rotation between Frankfurt and Anchorage will take place on September 6, 2025. Alaska is a great drawcard for German tourists, due to their love of the outdoors, including hiking, fishing, camping, and the allure of being in the remote wilderness.
