A senior cat with zero adoption applications living at the shelter for the third time finally received a happy ending.
As someone who thrives on caring for other people and helping people live better lives, Eleanor Rowland took her mom's advice to adopt a pet during the lowest point of her life. She started scrolling local animal shelter websites. She told Newsweek that she instantly wanted them all.
