Cops have launched a manhunt for a fugitive gunman who fired off a barrage of bullets at an East Village housing project, leaving three wounded during a scuffle early Sunday morning. Shots rang out around 3:30 a.m. at the Lillian Wald Houses on Sixth Street in Alphabet City, sending victims to Bellevue Hospital and the shooter into the wind, police and witnesses told The Post.
