BARGERSVILLE/GREENWOOD, Ind. – A new business development is beginning to take place at State Road 135 and Smokey Row Road, just north of Bargersville. Ground was recently broken on the project.

Stores and restaurants planned for the location are Ale Emporium, Five Guys, Swig, First Watch, Family Leisure, and a nail salon. More tenants will soon be announced.

Businesses are expected to begin opening in the spring of 2026, depending on the progress of construction.

The development is expected to offer a mixture of dining, retail, and leisure options to the community.
