Season-openers are fun, but the games college football fans really want to see are the heavyweight matchups.

For No. 14 Michigan football (1-0, 0-0 Big Ten), a Week 2 clash on Sept. 6, at Oklahoma (1-0, 0-0 SEC) qualifies as exactly that. It's the Wolverines ' first true road game against at SEC opponent in program history, will be the site of ESPN's College Gameday and comes once again in primetime (7:30 p.m., ABC) between a pair of programs that have both won national championships this century.
