President Donald Trump late on Sunday said the United States would potentially "become a Third World Nation" if his global tariffs are ultimately blocked by the Supreme Court. "In many ways, we would become a Third World Nation, with no hope of GREATNESS again," Trumps said in a post on social media, adding that time was of the essence. A federal appeals court ruled that most of Trump's sweeping global tariffs are unlawful, potentially dealing a significant blow to the president's effort to reshape the country's trade policy unilaterally. In a separate post, Trump claimed prices are down with "virtually no inflation."
