SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Siouxlanders rocked out at Larsen Park over the weekend for the 2025 Bolinfest.

For the past 30 years, this event has honored Tommy Bolin, a Sioux City native known for his work with Zephyr, the James Gang, and Deep Purple.

However, this year, Bolinfest also paid tribute to Johnnie Bolin, Tommy's brother, who passed away the previous year. According to organizers, Johnnie dedicated his life to preserving the memory and legacy of Tommy, ensuring that his contributions to music remain celebrated. One band member for the event said this event brings in people from all over the world.
